Dr. Kolquist was born and raised here in Duluth. He furthered his education with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. He is continuing his training at Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona. When he is not enjoying his passion of dentistry, he enjoys golf, skiing, reading, and music. He contributes his time to the community by coaching goaltenders for a local high school hockey team.
